Our office is conveniently located at 2000 E. Algonquin Road, Suite 109, in Schaumburg, Illinois, very close to the I-90/I-290/IL-53 interchange.
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

At Michele Y. Yoon, MD, we accept Medicare insurance. Please note Dr. Yoon is not contracted with any other insurance company. Please contact your individual insurance carrier to confirm what your individual out of network benefits are. The initial consultation fee is $450.00. If radiographic imaging is needed, an additional fee will apply. Payment is due when services are rendered.
